1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Vellichor website at vellichorth.club and the services we provide. "Vellichor", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the business operating from 88 Ratchadaphisek Road, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand. "You" refers to any individual or organisation accessing our website or engaging our services.

By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Nature of Our Services

Vellichor provides the following types of services:

• Document Atelier Sessions — personal record sorting and organisation, including a structured folder kit and checklist. Purely organisational; no legal advice or document drafting.
• Memory & Legacy Writing Workshops — educational workshops on writing legacy letters and preserving family stories. Purely educational and preservation-focused; no legal effect or advice.
• Preservation Operations Advisory (B2B) — advisory support for organisations on cataloguing and preserving records. Operational and educational only; not regulated advisory.

All services are offered in an educational and organisational capacity. Nothing provided by Vellichor — in sessions, written materials, or workshops — should be understood as legal, financial, taxation, or professional advice of any kind. We strongly encourage clients to consult appropriately qualified professionals for matters with legal implications.

3. Bookings and Enquiries

Enquiries submitted through our website are requests for information only and do not constitute a binding booking. A booking is confirmed only when we have sent you written confirmation (by email) and any applicable fees have been received.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking at our discretion, with reasonable notice. If we cancel a confirmed booking without cause attributable to you, we will offer a full refund of any fees paid.

4. Fees and Payment

Our current service fees are displayed on our Solutions page. Fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update our fees at any time; changes do not affect confirmed bookings.

Payment details are confirmed at the time of booking. We do not store payment card information.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans sometimes change. Our general approach:

• Cancellations made 5 or more business days before a session — full refund
• Cancellations made 2–4 business days before — 50% refund or credit toward a rescheduled session
• Cancellations made less than 2 business days before — no refund, but we will offer a reschedule where possible

Rescheduling requests made with at least 2 business days' notice are accommodated without charge, subject to availability. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange this.

6. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from our sessions and workshops, we ask that you:

• Arrive (or connect, for remote sessions) on time and prepared
• Bring only documents you are comfortable sharing in an organisational context — please do not bring originals of irreplaceable documents
• Not share the materials, checklists, or session outputs with third parties for commercial use
• Treat our team with courtesy and respect

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, layouts, checklists, and templates — is the property of Vellichor or its licensors. You may use materials provided in the course of a paid engagement for your own personal or internal organisational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vellichor's services are educational and organisational in nature. We make no assurances that organising your documents will produce any particular outcome in any legal, administrative, or personal matter.

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Vellichor's liability to you for any matter arising from or connected to our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our acts or omissions.

9. Privacy

We respect the personal information you share with us. Please read our Privacy Policy for details of how we collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with the PDPA.

10. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access, or use it in any way that could damage our reputation or systems. We aim to keep this website available and accurate but cannot warrant uninterrupted access or freedom from errors.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
